Live Whole Health is a FREE and easy mobile app that has been created for Veterans and others who are ready to take their health to the next level. Whole Health is VA's holistic approach to care that supports your health and well-being. This app can be used for your personal health inventory, setting goals, finding virtual coaching, and learning more about Whole Health. Available for download on IOS and Android devices.  

Sanvello App is a FREE and customizable to your journey of mental health and overall well-being. The app checks in with how you are feeling and help you get on track with your emotions and progress over time. The feelings of being anxious, lonely, overwhelmed, or just burned out, Sanvello can help you feel better by understanding and guiding you to the correct path. The app also provides customizable tools, rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy to keep you on a path of feeling better. Available for download on IOS and Android

PTSD Coach is FREE and designed for those who have or may have, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This app provides you with education about PTSD, information about professional care, a self-assessment for PTSD, opportunities to find support, and tools that can help you manage the stresses of daily life with PTSD. Tools range from relaxation skills and positive self-talk to anger management and other common self-help strategies. You can customize tools based on your preferences and can integrate your own contacts, photos, and music. This app can be used by people who are in treatment as well as those who are not. Available for download on IOS and Android 

AM App
SAM is a FREE application to help users understand and manage anxiety. Similar to Mindshift, has concrete tools and strategies to address anxiety in real-time. Available for download on IOS and Android.  

Virtual Hope Box helps adults with mood and PTSD concerns. This FREE app was the Winner of the 2014 Department of Defense Innovation Award, this app contains simple tools to help with coping, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking. Consolidates positive quotes, personal photos/ sounds that have a personal significance. Also has coping tools, a "distract me" section with puzzles, and Sudoku, and a "relax me" section with guided meditation, etc. It's not a pretty app, but it is actually pretty jam-packed with different ways to deal with stress/ anxiety at the moment. Available for download on IOS and Android
