Get help using 'Password Help'

Accessing Office.com allows you to change your password. It also allows you to reset your password if you are able to log in. If you are unable to access Office.com or have another password or account, please make a technical support request.

Using this feature requires an app be installed on your phone/tablet.  Install the latest version of the Microsoft Authenticator app, based on your operating system:

Google Android. On your Android device, go to Google Play to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

Apple iOS. On your Apple iOS device, go to the App Store to download and install the Microsoft Authenticator app.

    While focused on a reorder icon, press the Enter key or spacebar to "select" the icon. While a reorder icon is selected, pressing the up and down arrows will change the order of the selected item within the list. Pressing Enter key or spacebar again will drop the selected item at that location in the list.
