This is a reminder that the University has upgraded its emergency notification system, known as Everbridge, and your action is required! We need you to update your contact information. The University uses this system to notify you of emergencies and other events, so it is important that you update your information today! It is quick and easy.
What do you need to do?
The new process is very simple. You need only visit your “Personal Info” page on MySCU and update your emergency contact methods in the field provided (see picture below). It is that easy!
Will my existing information transfer from the old version to the new version?
No. Unfortunately any previous contact methods you’ve provided via the old Everbridge system will not automatically transfer to the new system. You will need to input your contact methods as described above.
The contact information you provide is in the same format as the previous version. However, all users will have their SCU Email Addresses prepopulated for them without the option to have the email address removed.
On March 31, the old version of Everbridge will cease operations. Please update your Everbridge contact information today!
