SCU is located in Whittier, California near the city of La Habra, Fullerton, and Buena Park. Our location offers a variety of areas with available apartment complexes, houses and rooms for rent, all conveniently close to campus.

My home is on a very nice and safe cul-de-sac.     The neighbors are quiet, respectful and it is very clean.    I have a 2-story house with a beautiful garden - front and back.    There is a pool available for use.    You will have your own refrigerator and use of all common areas.     My two little dogs are very clean and sweet!   

Although guests are always welcome, I prefer no overnight guests. I prefer my tenants do not smoke at all. Plenty of parking available! Full kitchen appliances/utensils available for use. I ask that the kitchen and all common areas be kept clean after use.

Available to Tenants: WiFi and Television, A/C and Heating, Ceiling Fans, Exercise Equipment, First Aid Kit, Trash Bags, Cleaning Supplies, Laundry Detergent, Security Safe, Condiments In The Fridge, Bathroom Essentials.
