Booking a space such as a classroom is easy!
Requests must be made 7-10 business days in advance. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request, whether your event is in-person or virtual.
Step 1: Your event must be approved
Your event must be approved by Student Services before you can book a room. If you are unsure if your event is approved, email StudentServices@scuhs.edu for clarification.
Step 2: Read this statement
By submitting a reservation, you understand and agree to the following statement:
Clubs practicing manual manipulation or any form of touch-related procedures must have their club advisor present. No student is permitted to perform any technique without the presence of a licensed professional in that field. Violations of this policy (and state law) will lead to dismissal from their program.
If you do not understand or agree to this statement or our policy, you cannot move forward with reserving a room. Please email StudentServices@scuhs.edu for next steps.
Step 3: Email Student Services your request
After reading the statement above, complete your reservation by emailing StudentServices@scuhs.edu with the following details:

Frequency of need (is this ongoing or a one-time request?)

Desired location/place (for in-person events)

Number of expected attendees

Purpose for the request, including information such as:

Club meetings (please provide the club name)

What the room will be used for (include if it's a virtual event or meeting)

You will receive a response within 7 business days.
